Fore Street area bars have been some of the best partners nationwide in delivering the best crawl experience. Every year you can catch our famous Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl on the second Saturday of December and our Taco & Tequila Bar Crawl on the last Saturday of April.

If you love to spread the holiday cheer or enjoy a refreshing margarita, taco, and an all-day fiesta, our events are a can’t miss!
How does the Portland bar crawl work?
Your ticket will include a registration party at Fore Play Bar where you will check-in and receive your official Bar Crawl USA lanyard, crawl map w/ bar specials, event koozie, and your welcome shot. We’ll have a photographer there to capture the fun! After that hundreds of you will follow the map & crawl times next to each bar to lead you bar to bar until you reach our official after party at Porthole. 6+ bars included for a fun 6 hours of crawling!
What bars are included in the Portland, Maine, bar crawl?
Portland Bar Crawlers ticket will include a registration at Fore Play Sports Bar and include (but not limited to) Three Dollar Deweys, Bon Fire, Grittys Pub, Rosiers, Andy’s Pub, & our after party at the famous Porthole.
When do most of the Portland bar crawls happen?
We will typically have a Bar Crawl every 2-3 months including but not limited to St. Patrick’s Shamrock Bar Crawl, Taco & Tequila Bar Crawl, Boos & Booze Halloween Bar Crawl, and our Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl.
What should I know before attending a bar crawl in Portland, Maine?
Make sure to bring your ID if you’re planning on drinking especially since all of our events are 21+. Parking is limited so ridesharing is encouraged. Be sure to dress in theme, come on time to our registration party, wear comfortable shoes as all the bars are within walking distance, and get ready to have an amazing experience for at least 5-6 hours at 5+ participating bars in the Old Port / Wharf Street bar district.
