Bar Crawl USA has been doing Cincinnati bar crawls in the OTR (Over the Rhine) neighborhood since our first Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl back in 2016. The OTR has changed so much over the last 10+ years and is home to so many amazing bars & restaurants.

Cincy Knows How to Party with Bar Crawl USA
The Nati was a great place to start bar our bar crawls in Cincinnati with our famous Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl back in 2016. Held each year on the first weekend of December, this themed crawl is always popular, with attendance ranging from 500 to 1,500. Since 2016 we’ve added our Onesie Crawl, St. Patrick’s Bar Crawl, OTR Beer Fest, and our famous Taco & Tequila Crawl on May 3rd.
We’re proud to partner with long-time Cincy establishments like The Setback OTR (formerly the Drinkery) as well as up and coming hotspots. Check out just a few of our participating partners, like On the Rhine Eatery and Revel Urban Winery, Pins Mechanical Company, and Rosedale. Our bar crawls are about more than just the food and drink. We’re about the experiences, too — with OTR Live/Treehouse, live music at Mr. Pitifiul’s, MOTR PUB and Bloom OTR, just to name a few.
Best Bar Crawls in Cincinnati By Far
What’s different about a Bar Crawl USA event compared to other bar crawls? The best thing about our crawl is that we start every crawl with one large registration party. We don’t just give you a wristband and tell you, “good luck.”
There, you will receive your lanyard with map, swag, and list of all the drink specials, entertainment, and participating bars. Depending on the unique theme, you will get your welcome shot and/or several taco tokens to use at participating bars. The digital map you receive at check-in will guide you & hundreds of crawlers together bar to bar until you reach our official after party with DJ entertainment and giveaways. You’ll want to check out the ticket description as each event is different in its own creative way.
How does the bar crawl work in Cincinnati?
All of our events take place in the OTR (Over The Rhine) bar district of Cincinnati and include a registration party where you check-in, receive an official Bar Crawl USA lanyard, welcome shot, digital map w/ listed discounted specials for each stop, event koozie, DJ entertainment and more. Depending on the theme is what you get – all of our crawls will receive what is listed above. (Our famous Taco & Tequila Bar Crawl event includes 4 tacos with your ticket and some of our other events include a welcome shot (or multiple shots).

The great thing about our Cincinnati Bar Crawls is that we have multiple themes and a wide range of amazing bars in the OTR over the rhine district.
When do the Cincinnati bar crawls happen?
We will typically have a Bar Crawl in the OTR every 3 months including but not limited to St. Patrick’s Shamrock Bar Crawl, Taco & Tequila Bar Crawl, Boozy Brunch Bar Crawl, Boos & Booze Halloween Bar Crawl, Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl and more make up our Cincinnati Bar Crawls.
What should I know before attending a bar crawl in Cincinnati?
Make sure to bring your ID if you’re planning on drinking especially since all of our events are 21+. Parking is limited so ridesharing is encouraged. Be sure to dress in theme, come on time to our registration party, and get ready to have an amazing experience for at least 5-6 hours.
